About the Role:
- Preparation and implementation of budgets and schedules for planting and harvesting.
- Working with the HR department to recruit and develop teams in the scheme.

- Thorough knowledge of the horticulture crops and farmers’ organization dynamics in the counties of Kirinyaga, Embu, Muranga, Machakos, and Kiambu.
- Demonstrated leadership in the development and implementation of farmer training programs. Experience in Farmer’s Field School approach will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated capacity to analyze complex situations, solve problems and manage change.

Position: Farm Manager

Education/ Work Experience Requirements:
